Carl was NOT expecting that at all.  So when he felt her LIPS capture his own, his eye WIDENED in shock and he froze but it didn’t take the TEENAGER all that long to reciprocate the kiss.  His functional eye FELL closed and he couldn’t help but melt into the kiss ( as CLICHE as that is ), and his hands moved to her WAIST, tugging Sophia closer; his lips FITTING with her own like TWO pieces of a puzzle ( and there’s yet another cliche ).

A grunt of pain AROSE from Liam’s throat the moment he was shoved AGAINST the wall and his hand SHOT up the moment he felt Carl’s fingers CURL around his throat.  He could easily get OUT of this situation, but he was sure BREAKING the other’s wrist wouldn’t be such a GOOD idea, considering he was Rick’s SON —– plus, Glenn and Maggie would definitely be ANGRY at him for doing such a thing to the other teenager.  His trip on the other’s wrist wasn’t TIGHT like the grip Carl had on his THROAT.  Sure, he couldn’t do MUCH to shake the other off, but he did allow a GROWL to escape; oceanic hues NARROWED at him.     ❝Let go.❞
