Froggy, where the fuck are we?
you are not obligated to
be someone’s counselor and help them with all their problems if its bad for your mental health
be there for someone 24/7
remain friends with someone who emotionally drains you
maintain negative relationships because you’ve been close for so long, because you’re related, or anything else
do anything that makes you unhappy or puts your health at risk
How many of y'all remember back when my main account was planes offical?
how far we've come
it's been a wonderful journey of ups and downs, but mostly ups
crazy to think that this all started because I thought the idea of having my own offical would be funny
Umm

On this date, in 1969...
The Apollo 11 mission started from the Saturn V rocket, a 3 stage, super heavy lift launch vehicle.

It was commanded by Neil Armstrong, a former Navy pilot and Experimental Test pilot, having multiple flights on the X-15 Aircraft.

The command module pilot was Buzz Aldrin, a USAF pilot and Korean War veteran.

The third person was the Command Module Pilot Micheal Collins, a USAF test pilot like Neil, and served at Edwards Air Force Base.

While Collins had never actually set foot on the moon, he instead spent over 20 hours keeping the command module orbiting the moon about 10 times (once every ~2 hours) keeping it ready for the other two to come back, performing precise docking maneuvers.

The 8 day mission began with the launch of the Saturn V on Wednesday, July 16th where the three men would spend the next 3 days, before Aldrin and Armstrong would descend on the lunar module and be the first and second men on the moon.
