So.. not sure if you knew, but the JP twst server has 2/3 equestrian club cards released and I was wondering what your take on them are? (If this is too much of an ask, that's okay!!)
(Since... you had a very good comprehensive post on Riddle's Ceremonial Robes)
*Cracks Knuckles until they light up like glowsticks* Let's get into it.
Silver is very proper in his outfit. He does have a whip, which is completely fine and most people use them (This doesn't hurt the horse, it's simply an easier way to get into a trot or canter without kicking the shit out of a horse that's stubborn as hell) He has his hair tied back low to keep from his eyes, so overall I'd give him a 9/10. Missing a point because no helmet at the moment.
He does have a helmet here, which is good. He's going into the halfway spot between two-point (A half standing position with an arched back) and sitting. He's a little far forward, and his feet are doing a weird thing, but that's not the main issue.
What the hell is this. Why are you holding the reins like that Silver? Why are they between those fingers? If you're confused, reins are supposed to be held between the thumb and little finger, like this.
I'll cut him some slack because he appears to be holding all of his reins in one hand, presumably because he's tapping Vorpal with the whip? Which doesn't really make sense to tap when you're at the jump... because you want all your balance... and the horse can't go faster when jumping... but I digress. 6/10 for Silver. Sorry buddy.
Sebek is already much better! He has a helmet. Most of what I said for Silver also applies here. His hair is a bit odd, and his usual slicked back style may have actually been better to keep out of his face. It's going to get messed up with the helmet on, but I'll give him the hair because it's cute and looks like his Grandpa's. 10/10.
Why he so tilted? Why he tilting his head like that? Usually when riding, you look where you want to go, and then turn your core slightly. It's called looking with your belly button, and it shifts your seat slightly to show the horse where you'd like to go. He's holding the reins well, his feet look okay in the stirrups, and it looks like he's holding a good sitting trot/canter. Besides the awkward hesd turn, Sebek looks almost perfect. This is the best equestrian card yet, but we'll see if Riddle can do better. 10/10.
And don't worry about bugging me! This was fun to talk about.
