Although she was originally born in Melbourne, Australia, Millie and her parents made the drastic move to Vancouver when she was only two years old. Having started to develop the tiniest of Australian accents, it was soon lost as she spent more time at preschool and soon elementary school.
While in elementary school Millie had started to have a passion for music, starting out with the clarinet and flute and slowly transitioning into the guitar. By the time she was finishing her final year in elementary school she had become a jack of all instruments to say the least.
It was in her first year of high school that Millie was pushed more into the direction of singing by her music teacher who had heard her singing. After receiving vocal lessons for a few months, Millie heard that a company called DS Media was holding auditions for singers and dancers alike. Not knowing what she was getting herself into, Millie decided on a whim she would audition.
A week after her audition, Millie found herself flying to South Korea to have further discussions with the company. If she were being honest, Millie didnāt know anything about Korean music aside from the few songs her parents played around the house, so the realization that she would be training for a k-pop group was an odd pill to swallow. But Millie was down for anything.
As a trainee, Millieās main focus were her vocals, being a prized vocalist among trainees. As she grew as a vocalist she also entered various singing competitions, not only for the prize money she could earn but also as early promotions from DS.
Millie is a go getter who is down to try absolutely anything. Sheās very much so always living in the moment and most of her actions are spontaneous and out of the blue. Willing to do anything makes being a trainee a lot easier as she works towards her goal of debuting. She isnāt someone who can easily be shaken up by small things so it would take something very drastic to knock her off her game.
Being a perfectionist herself, critiques is something she doesnāt like having to face. Being told she needs to fix certain things when showcasing her talents is hard for her, but wanting to be the best she can in order to debut sheās constantly taking in all the critiques and adapting them into what she already knows.
Millie doesnāt really have a solid opinion the rivalry, mainly because she has yet to fully experience it. Sure itās still relevant as a trainee but she feels like she canāt really form a proper opinion until she experience it as an idol who has been in the game for a fair amount of time.

Taiga never wouldāve entertained the idea of joining any music industry - let alone the Korean one at that - had it not been for his grandmother. The elderly woman, both a lover of the Korean music scene and Korea itself, wasted no time in attempting to push her grandson in that direction. Whilst difficult at first, she succeeded and jumped to the offer of accompanying him to any and all auditions.
He was young when he started to audition, nine in fact, and had little knowledge of the Korean language. After a few failed auditions he and his grandmother moved to Seoul to help give him an advantage. It took him a few years but he was eventually accepted under MM Entertainment. Having not chosen the company himself - it being chosen by his grandmother - he was disappointed when he was trained on vocals and a keyboard rather than dancing. He was naive in that respect and continued his training, unsure of his future.
He ended up debuting as a member of Reset at sixteen, being billed as the fakenae. He enjoyed life as a K-Band for a year before feelings of uncertainty and regret with not chasing his dreams caught up with him. Him trying to get out of his contract caused a lot of publicity, mainly because it was labelled as a ābehind the scenesā issue whereas in reality he just had extreme difficulty getting out of it.
He did leave though and, independent of his grandmother, chose DS Media as his new home. After training there for a year he can confidently say he feels as if heās in the right place; dancing and singing is what he wants to do and DS is allowing him to explore and hone that aspect. Heās a bit uncertain about being a member of DS Rookies, however, mostly because he knows thereās still a great interest regarding him and the issues with Reset and Three-Sixty Studios.

He was molded from a young age to be an idol. His parents had both auditioned for agencies when they were young, and only his father made the cut. And even then, he never debuted. That bitterness and resentment over never debuting, it brought the pair of them together. And when they had Lee Daehan, who would grow to be their only son, they knew that heād be able to do what they never could. As soon as he was able to walk and talk, he started learning to dance and sing. They were determined to live through him, and to transform him into the star they never got to be.
He was talented, even without the excess training, but with it he definitely got noticed. He was put in singing and dancing competitions during his pre-teen years, eventually being accepted on a talent show (think K-Pop star) to compete when he was only 15, the youngest on the show. He went on to win it, and signed with IL Entertainment, training a year before debuting on his own when he was 16. He was incredibly well received; he could sing, he could dance, and he was attractive. Usually the idols in groups got the most attention, but he was an instant hit.
His parents were overjoyed, but they had a lot of influence over him, and they had for his whole life. He was thankful for where they had gotten him, but he was tired of them shadowing him and controlling everything he did. So he pushed away from them, taking his career in the direction he wanted.. Heād been at it for two years, and was one of the biggest new soloists in the game when he quit, deciding he wanted to be an idol, but on his terms. When DS signed him, theyād been prepared to carry on with his career, but he wanted to be a trainee. He wanted to work for it.Ā
Heās very ambitious and persistent, not to mention very stubborn too. He has an image of what he wants, and he goes for it. Heāll do anything it takes to get it his way. He is very thoughtful, though, and does take the opinions of others into consideration. He values logic, but also his relationships with people. He is kind and compassionate, and very supportive of his coworkers and peers; idols, trainees and staffāhe treats them all the same. He has a lot going for him, but he is humble, and willing to do anything to improve and take his performance to the next level.
