indefinite hiatus.

as of today, i’ve officially been writing katsuki for over four years ( est. april 24th, 2016 ) not only has he been a character i’ve loved writing and resonated with for a long time, he has also been a link to countless, priceless friendships. some of which i know will last over a lifetime. while my time in this fandom has been both positive and negative, i can say without a doubt the positive outweighs any bad memories i’ve had in the past. i look back on this blog, all my headcanons and writings, and smile happily in remembrance. 

despite not being here in awhile, i do think about this blog a lot. how it’s changed over the years, my writing style, graphics, along with my presence in this rpc / fandom. people enjoy my katsuki portrayal and were never shy in telling me that. it made me happy. i’ve always wanted to live up to the expectations people expect from me. though, as of late, i feel like i’m unable to deliver like i used too. i still love katsuki with all my heart, but my interest in this series has severely dwindled. i’m sad to say that in this point in time, i’m unable to live up to these expectations any longer. and it makes me sad. i cannot put my all into writing a character who, i feel like i’ve lost my touch with. i guess what i’m trying to say is while i love katsuki to death, i’m experiencing a burnout. one that’s been going on for months. both a burnout on this muse and the series itself. that’s not fair to me or anyone who follows me.

despite not being here in awhile, i do think about this blog a lot. how it’s changed over the years, my writing style, graphics, along with my presence in this rpc / fandom. people enjoy my katsuki portrayal and were never shy in telling me that. it made me happy. i’ve always wanted to live up to the expectations people expect from me. though, as of late, i feel like i’m unable to deliver like i used too. i still love katsuki with all my heart, but my interest in this series has severely dwindled. i’m sad to say that in this point in time, i’m unable to live up to these expectations any longer. and it makes me sad. i cannot put my all into writing a character who, i feel like i’ve lost my touch with. i guess what i’m trying to say is while i love katsuki to death, i’m experiencing a burnout. one that’s been going on for months. both a burnout on this muse and the series itself. that’s not fair to me or anyone who follows me. 

therefore, i’ll be taking an indefinite hiatus from this blog until further notice. i’ll be deleting everything in my inbox and any old threads / drafts entirely. but please, don’t fret,  i’m still writing on tumblr! i’m commonly found on either my zenitsu blog or my multimuse. i might be back to revamp someday, maybe not, but for now this is farewell. you’re free to unfollow me until the day comes where i return. if you want to follow me on my other blogs, well, then that’s swell too. thank you so much for a wonderful four years.

indefinite hiatus.

as of today, i’ve officially been writing katsuki for over four years ( est. april 24th, 2016 ) not only has he been a character i’ve loved writing and resonated with for a long time, he has also been a link to countless, priceless friendships. some of which i know will last over a lifetime. while my time in this fandom has been both positive and negative, i can say without a doubt the positive outweighs any bad memories i’ve had in the past. i look back on this blog, all my headcanons and writings, and smile happily in remembrance.
