Evelynn doesn't stay too long among the others islers. she despises being in the Shadow Isles, she despises the deadly silence only broken by the laments of the souls, she despise the eternal night, she despise this boring landscape. the Widowmaker is better off wandering, doing her doing and learning more about the world of the alive; not that she envy them, she finds them weak and idiotic. but their world is so much more interesting to her. she is a bit of the ā black sheep ā between all of her fellow undeads, she vaguely feels more connected to the living than the dead, she has no interest in hoarding the souls of those she kills. Evelynn's view of the inhabitants of the Isles vary a lot: she thinks Karthus to be a little too much obsessed over death and all, she thinks Thresh to be the unpleasant and rude type, she doesn't even know Mordekaiser nor Hecarim and she side-eyes Elise ( ;; what a woman, truly- but she is never admitting this preference of hers. ) but the ones that catched her eyes and made her curious were Maokai and Yorick- seemingly there against their will and doing everything they can to undo this curse over the isles and oddly, on the matter, Evelynn wouldn't interfere with their quest, on the contrary she is eager to see them succeed; but only her knows the reasons why.
