I have social anxiety and I don't know how to deal with it and end it, I feel simply empty when I'm talking to people. It's not that I'm shy bc I don't care what people think it's simply that i am empty and have no connection with anyone anymore, I'm self medicating with drugs and Ik it won't help or long bi for not it is

Dear nay, I like this guy. I might not see him after the summer ends. I want to give him an appreciation note. Would that be weird? We have a pretty chill relationship that I don't want to ruin cause he's the best guy I've had in my life ever, but also I do y want the moment and emotion to slip away and go back to reality without having explored the possibilities. What can I do to show him how I feel & also not scare him away? I love you tons and value your advice whole heartedly😘💞😩🙈 help 😌

So this summer I met an amazing individual while doing a trial run for a job it was only for a week but I swear in those timeless moments i fell in love w his personality. I didn't get the job but he did so I see him every Saturday and everytime I do it reaffirms my feelings for him. Usually guys flee to me but he hasn't tried anything. I'm afraid when the summer ends I'll never see him againx

I take 2 steps forward, 3 steps back. I don't know how to get to the place I want to be. I'm getting to depressed to write , the only thing that used to help me get out of it. I no longer care about anything anymore. let alone myself. that scares the shit out of me. how can you not care about the only reliable thing in your life .. admire other people but look at yourself in disgust. I need help #lost

Its okay to fall 443 times, get back up 444 times. You weren't born to hate yourself, you were born to love, to create, to have fun. A LOT of times its easy to big someone up because their happiness can spark yours but you have to remember to always hold yourself at a high regard.....YOU MATTER ALSO.

How to free you mind ?

Free your mind, you make choices to better your garden, when you plant your feet on the ground, focus on love not negativity, when you have negative  thoughts, weed them out.

So theres this guy i've been with for about two years on and off. Hes probably put me through the worst and the most pain. But i've always found a way to take him back. Recently we were just fine but hes mad at me for something that makes no sense. I blew up his phone send him messages and he completly ignored me. I dont know what to do.. I've been a mess please help me 😔

You know that he constantly hurts you, stop constantly taking him back. You continue to make choices that HURT. Walk away, allow him to feel the loss so he can remember the love you give.

I like girls and boys but my family believes in god I do to but there so judgement and so I only told my bestfriend my god brothes gay and my mom said she loves him but not his foolishness I just think If it wasn't in the bible more people would accepted it

it is okay for you to choose love. the bible speaks on not judging others and actually loving others. love is patient, love is kind (1 Corinthians 13) love does not delight in evil. So if you are around judgement avoid and remove yourself. YOUR PEACE COMES FIRST, BE FREE TO BE YOU..BE A GOOD PERSON AND GOOD WILL SURROUND YOU IN ALL THAT YOU DO.
