Pres. Duterte

My 50cents thoughts about our Pres.. We complain about his actions. We complain that he’s doing not enough for the country. We complain about the people in position under his administration. We complain about his visions and plans. In short, we complain about everything.

Of course, we have the right to complain and express our opinions. We are living in a democratic country. But blaming Pres. Duterte about ALL the unfavourable situations or problems PH is facing is totally insane. Yes, he has the power being the president but he can’t control everyone to do everything right. Even him has flaws as a person but he’s trying his very best to lift up PHs status. Complaining that he is incompetent for the position, who are we thinking who deserves his position? Are those who are already in the long run in national position but failed to do their jobs?

Anyway, are we going to complain for the rest of his term? Could we just take a break from all the negativity and appreciate what he had done. In fact, he’s not genie to fulfill our wants and wishes instantly. We are talking here the our entire country. It will take scores of years to make it progressive like what we wanted. But before it happens, it will take a responsible and disciplined citizen to create the change.

The question is, are we doing our part to make this country progressive? Or are we those typical “Juan Tamad”? Or are we those who can’t even segregate their trashes properly? Or are we those who can’t even follow simple rules and regulation. Or are we those who are only good in complaining and criticizing?

So instead of always ranting, ask yourself first. Are you making PH proud that you are his/her citizen or you are bringing disgrace to his/her name?

P.S. I find it ironic that citizens from other countries or even leaders appreciate Pres. Duterte’s efforts and love for his country.

P.S.S. Oh I forgot that we have this typical “CRAB MENTALITY”. No wonder why.
