ihave always been hyper aware of other ppl emotions due to my families unspoken trauma. icould tell by ur face expression if something displeases one or was upset from an outcome of someone else. for the longest ithot this was people pleasing n that ihad no backbone to defend myself, let alone put that burden on me when no one asked me to. isee now the strength it has given me to humanize the experience of life n joy while there being undertones of sadness and frustration. ihold the hands of those icherish thru it knowing iwill not receive any gratitude bc i love 4 love. isimply wish icould receive the same type of patience from those igive space to heal some understanding imight be blinded at the moment.
