I don't know why, but I see JJ as the sole reason the BAU toddlers are still alive, but I also feel like she's the chaotic teenager character who also will fully tell Emily to go pick a fight with Morgan for her own enjoyment.

Hotch doesn't have enough proof that it's her to tell her to stop, but even if he did he probably wouldn't cause watching 6'1 Derek Morgan chase 5'8 Emily Prentiss around the bullpen was the highlight of his week.
