loosely based mamma mia travel plot for claire bishop

okay please note when i say loosely based, i mean it, but the movie has me just loving the vibes and so here it is. claire graduated college when she was 27 with a masters degree. in college, she met this group of friends who i’m basing off the characters in mamma mia. they decided they were going to travel after graduation, which they did actually achieve. they all had their plans for traveling, claire wanted to be a travel blogger, which she kind of started up on the way but didn’t take off til a bit later. what they wanted to do is all up to you, but they ended up living in ireland for about 9 months before they were able to go do what they wanted.

claire went on and began traveling the world, and fulfilling her dream of being a travel blogger and she took off rather quickly. one or two of the others went with her, but what the other 3 did is open. however, somehow they all ended up in vancouver, it doesn’t matter why they went back or how they got back, but the endgame for them all is that they’re all back in vancouver now.

when i mentioned that this was loosely based on mamma mia, this is where it comes in. there’s a total of six, and claire is the donna sheridan type of personality.  under the cut i will give some brief descriptions of what i would like (just so this doesn’t get super long this way). hit up katie#5180 if interested. all must be 31-32 years old, but faces are open. also please note they aren’t carbon copies of the characters, they’re just mostly inspiration for the type of friend group claire is in. i also don’t imagine she’s slept with any of the guys because they’re all pretty much best friends, but if you wanna pair the others up with each other that’s all gravy baby. the only thing i might push is that harry is homosexual, keeping faith to that part of the character but it’s not required! gender-swapping is okay too!

the esposito family (2 siblings)

ok first things first, apologies for the crappy graphic im not great at the those skills. lmfao okay anyway.

i need julian’s older and younger siblings. older siblings age is negotiable but due to the timeline, the younger sibling has to be 28. faces are open but they need to be fit in with Matthew Daddario’s ethnicity (italian/caucasian). these siblings will also be second cousins to Amelia ‘Mia’ Garcia (travis’ selena gomez).

backstory: their biological father ran out on the family when julian was three years old, their parents never had a pre-nup so they got half is assets when he left including the house they lived in. their moms cousin and mia came to live with them within a couple of years later.

their mother found another husband, who after 3 years of marriage adopted the kids and their mom had their last name changed to his which is why their last name is “esposito” instead of their biological parents’ surnames.

personalities, paths of life, etc etc is up to you. they’re a pretty tight-knit family when it comes down to it, but i’m 100% open to one of them being “distant” for whatever reason.

we’re very excited to share more about our community movie night!! as we mentioned earlier, we’ll be hosting a hangout for our beautiful buzz blog followers tomorrow, july 21st! 

in an effort to accommodate multiple timezones, we’ll be opening the stream twice! 

12PM-4PM PST / 3PM-7PM EST  and 6PM-10PM PST / 9PM-1AM EST

30 year old photographer at a fashion magazine. uses his charm to get his way and enjoys ruffling peoples buttons. takes his work seriously but outside of work he’s a pretty casual guy. he’s cousin to amelia garcia and he has two siblings of his own. currently denying his feelings for nora but lowkey trying to make her jealous by flirting with anything cute.

‘ello beauts, so i need my family for solomon powell. a little info on this is that he has a total of 5 children, 3 from his first wife, and a set of twins from his second/current wife. sully is also the ‘owl’ in the winnie the pooh inspired group (look out for that req!), and currently part of the RCMP. 

so sully and first wife met in college, dated for a few months when she got pregnant. her rich parents forced them to get married and paid for sully’s education so he could spend more time being a family rather than working two jobs while he put himself through college. they have three kids and a few months after their daughter was born, they divorced. let me be clear that this was not a hard divorce. there is no hard feelings, not a broken home. in fact, they co-parent very well and they are still incredibly close. of course they still have their little arguments but that’s to be expected. her face is open, but she must be caucasian, and i only say this because talia’s zendaya is their daughter and she’s mixed. i also put that she’s also remarried, and he and sully are actually really good friends as well, i have a head canon he actually set them up lmao. her age would need to be 45-46 though!

sully and second wife got together soon after the divorce, probably met during the divorce but sully being who he is, didn’t jump into a relationship until the divorced was finalized. they married soon after and had twin boys who are now 20. they are currently married and face for her is 100% open. she can be a POC or not it’s up to you. they’re ridiculously in love though, and it’s all harmonious with ex wife (though i’m sure there are a few moments of clashing because it’s just human nature with a blended family). 

i also need his kids, who are ultimately open? the older three are black&white but the younger two need to be at least half black.

* whoever takes the first of the second family determines ethnicity. if the wife is taken first, she determines it, if one or both of the twins are taken, they decide.
