ok so i know we all see the gay shit flowery and asgore get up to. But also consider. Flowery is very blatantly the older child who, to keep the family together after the divorce and the dad's descent into alcoholism, takes on the role of the mother/father to protect all their siblings and also to keep the dad appealed. I think he tries very hard to keep Asgore content and by taking on a Rudy-like space in his life and being his constant emotional support, he comes off as yaoi. But don't be fooled! as everything when it comes to the dreemurs, it's family issues!
