the line of action is more noticeable, the silhouette is far better, and again, it’s a split second action so you won’t be seeing this long enough for it to be eye candy anyway

the torso looking a lil weird isn’t even that much of a problem when you compare the overall pose, the new one is a million times better

Readability should be all in a fighting game (this is the reason I don’t like ArcSys all that much, to be honest); the fact that the new pose actually has a sillhouete and a clear line of action makes it instantly better.
