Where can I turn for peace?

Where is my solace

The most special people. They have been the purest conduit of Christ-like love for me. I feel Christ near when I am with them. 🥺 Over the weekend President said to those present at our reunion, “thank you for your faithfulness”. It was so simple, but it gave me a glimpse of an imagery of Christ saying the same thing to us. The most perfect person to walk the earth thanking ME for my weak, imperfect, flawed, meager and inadequate efforts to be faithful.

The only thing I am sure of in this world, is Jesus Christ. He is perfect. He died for us to heal us, to strengthen, to succor, and to cleanse. I’m am so thankful he takes me as I am, and can make me into more than I could ever be on my own. He makes me want to strengthen my faith, to repent, and to endure fiercely.
