Stranded

    Pike always knew smoking would kill him, but he didn't think it would be so literally his murderer. His smoke break cut short by the rumble of his ride's engine. A ride he paid for!

    "Oh god, no..." If he didn't get to that truck, he didn't get to his bike. He wasn't athletic, come on, but he ran like he lettered in track, "No, no, no!" Across the gas station parking lot to the rusted Ford just in time to bang on the trunk, "Hey, come on, man! You can't leave me here, we had a deal!" The tail lights waved in the darkness, car hitting the muddy road and now it was too far to do anything about it. Pike just picked up an empty coke bottle and chucked it at the fading lights, "This is a hellmouth! You can't leave me in a hellmouth, man!"
