Hey Ollie, being a person who also suffers from insomnia I've recently found a way that helps me fall asleep every time! On YouTube you can watch/listen to videos called ASMR and they're suppose to help you relax (in my case so much that I fall asleep). You don't actually have to do it but I just thought I'd share because lately it really helped me get to bed at a rather decent hour.
