Dylan after he got pulled over by the same cop that arrested him for the van incident.

This second ticket was for running a red light, the first for speeding. Allegedly in the basement tapes he accosts Deputy Tim Walsh several times (Me when i get in trouble for something I absolutely should be getting in trouble for :P)

I know he was incredibly intelligent but I always had this belief that he was a bit of an airhead when it came to driving due to his tendency to get lost in his own mind (and who knows if he was wearing his glasses or any sort of contacts like he should have been at the time heheheh)

Dylan tries to toss the Tec 9 into his hand from the position where it was hanging on the sling. The coat prohibited him from doing that Dylan then says “I’ll have to take the coat off” He begins complaining about how he doesn’t want to take his coat off and states “I like my coat.”
