Part 1 of the Little Nightmares Sanders Sides AU featuring The Actor on his stage. At first you can’t tell he’s facing you because of the position of his legs and then he attacks you if you make a noise that will “interrupt” his “performance” of janky terrible music and jerky motions.

The goal is to get up high above him on the Stage while avoiding making as much sound as possible and flicking a bunch of switches without being grabbed so the bright spotlights all shine down on him at once and he takes a bow. This lets Thomas, the protagonist kid, grab hold of the larger glass pieces in his head and tear them off.

It takes three literal stages to do this as he swoops out to catch you each time you pull one out and heads into another “room” of the stage. (stage 1 is the one in the third picture, stage 2 is a row of seats and stage 3 is a balcony) If he hears you he lets out a furious screech and reaches arms out to get you as more terrible janky music plays.

When the last of the glass falls out, the mask shatters and he shifts back into a child with a red coat affectionately dubbed Red:

Red has the ability of distraction when played in tandem with Thomas. He is able to cause distractions independently by making singing in different areas to call other monsters away from switches or levers.

(Some notes abt this piece cause i drew a 7 panel comic for the first time in ages after struggling to friggen doodle even a smidge most days, i’m gonna be proud and point stuff out cause i can:

-while I know Spoiled Bat is less fitting than Spoiled Cat, the original inspo shirt was using it as a pun for ‘Spoiled Brat’ and i thought that shirt would absolutely be one of the rare smth that Patton found and gifted/gave Virgil bc he knew he’d love it, so Spoiled Bat w/ littol bat earrings to match it was!

-Roman’s hair down bc idk about u but last i remembered laying down on ponytails, especially to Mope and AngstTM, is not comfy at all. Plus. Drama. Long haired Roman. Thats really it, thats the whole bit, i like shaggy long-haired rs!roman okay

-i’m very proud of roman’s expressions. I love them. They are very different from the way i’d draw canon!Virgil as Roman has no issue with masking his dramatics when it comes to expressing emotions and it was Very Fun. He’s such an edgelord. I love him.

Reverse! Remus makes me sad :( Since Virgil started hanging out with the Light Sides he's basically being neglected besides interactions with his brother (Who, lets be honest here, fucking hates him atm.) That man needs some friends!

okay, let's talk Virgil and Remus, probably one of my favourite relationships. I always think Remus is a kind of brotherly figure to Virgil and if Virgil is not scared of Remus, he can definitely learn a thing or two about not being so ashamed about himself from rat man. They both seem like the type to be able to see deep into others' insecurities, empathize with them and be willing to sacrifice for their loved ones, and they definitely work together to do that. They're my chaotic but sweet and spooky duo <3

For the reverse au. Roman definitely gives Virgil a bell choker. And Virgil loved it bc Roman gave it to him. But. He still likes to sneak, so he finds a way to put cotton or something in the bell so that it doesn't make noise. The cotton of course is removable, so it can still make noise sometimes, but it's even better to sneak up on Roman while wearing the bell, bc Roman partially made it for him so that Virgil couldn't scare him anymore?

I love your reverse au Virgil and Janus, I want them to have flower crowns, Janus made of primarily daffodils and daisies.
