In all honesty, with how active this Undernet was becoming and how more monsters were speaking up and the topics... He figured this would happen. All of this theoretical talk of the multiverse, of other timelines. 

Papyrus was no idiot, he knew this well and as this strange skeleton arrives in Snowdin, he takes it upon himself to appear, standing before them at a STAGGERING height of nine feet... It was, intimidating, to say the least for most.

Watching for a long moment, he speaks.
