Ok I'm just imagining, they're dating, but the o ly person in the unit who knows is Vanessa. Jay is undercover for a week or two, and Hailey comes into work one morning wearing the jacket. No case, just catching up on paperwork, the bullpens mostly silent, when Kevin points out that it's his jacket, which causes the unit to gang up on her about it (jokingly)
