Did you know bees have five eyes? There’s also over 20,000 species of bee worldwide, and they beat their wings 200 times per second. They also dance to communicate- there’s the “round dance” let’s others knows there is nectar in the area nearby, and the “waggle dance” says where exactly it is :)

Zen shrieks out of fake fear and overwhelming joy while she climbs upon the sofa hiding under a blanket.

" Nouhuhuuu~?! Ackiiheehee..?! "

Duncan hisses through his teeth, somewhat exhausted, somewhat amused.

"Zen. We've been playing this little game of chase for an hour. Can you give daddy a break, maybe?"

Lethe let out a soft sigh, leaning against the railing of Duncan's cabin. "You've gotten old, Duncan," She murmured, a playful smile on her lips. Lethe remembered the last time they had spoken to each other, considering the nature of their job.

“Lethe,” Duncan murmured, cigarette pressed between his lips. “Been ages.”

He was in no mood to catch up with an old acquaintance. But really, when was he in the mood for anything?

“Still the same as you were?”

Social media usually isn't my thing, but I decided to make a blog when I moved to California. I found it to be a good way of making friends and documenting my life.

“Her energy is boundless. Can never get a break. But, uh - I’m happy. We’re happy. And for some reason all the marshmallows have disappeared from the cabinet.”

“You must’ve looked threatening to her—it’s just her basic instinct. I’ll have to set up some rules.”

He chuckles - revealing a child-sized bruise on his forearm.

"I don't think I'd have to teach her much."
