DAY 66/80 ✅ (yesterday’s workout) and just finished today’s workout too. S W E A T F E S T 😅 . . This total body workout has been favorite in the whole program. And I woke up this morning with abs sooooo sore. . . I was just talking to some fellow coaches that are doing this program too and we were talking about how life changing it has been. Seriously this program has permanently changed some habits and made me feel REALLY and truly amazing. . . I see how much stronger I am, physically and mentally, and I ADORE the meal plan. I can’t get over how easy it is to stay on track with it. 😍 . . Also I’m thinking about opening up 20 new spots for my group.
