I’m having a weird flare and it’s making me really sad and I just feel inflamed and weird and gross. I was really hoping to be more past this but on the road to be more past it I’m still in the thick of it

Hey, I remember you saying you also had surgery in August for endo.

If you've had the surgery already I wish you the best for recovery, and if not, I hope it goes well!

Thank you! My surgery is planned for this coming Friday and I'm really looking forward to it, but also really anxious. I appreciate the good wishes. I won't know if I'm getting a full hysterectomy or not until after I wake up from surgery, which is, uh, not helping my anxiety. 😅

And I know your surgery is this coming week, too, so I'm sending you the best of wishes: that the surgery helps a lot and that recovery is quick and not too terrible! 💖

recently I've noticed my pelvic floor pain spikes to a 7/8 right before I put myself to bed. (It hovers at 3 throughout the day) I just had no idea why and would do my usual physical therapy stretches or treatments to bring the pain back down.

um looked it up and I'm not crazy. apparently a shift in your cortisol levels as you get drowsy for bed spikes that pain.

just get this thing outta me already.
