PRK - Four Hours Later
Not much discomfort at all, My vision is pretty damn good and I can see distances pretty well and the light sensitivity has subsided.
The procedure wasn't that bad I'll give a good description tomorrow =)

It's over and this isn't fun but nothing is as bad as that smell!

PRK - The Night Before
Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house....
I was shitting my pants as my PRK appointment is tomorrow!! I've gone and done the worst thing you could [or the best] and that was the read every article, blog, opinion and so forth then capped it off with watching the procedure on youtube =P
Day three, I've deduced, is the worst so I am prepared!
Will try and keep this updated through the week, it will all depend on my site.
Sorry in advance for declaring my inner most thoughts to the world. I simply have no-one to talk to anymore. Perhaps I do but I don't feel comfortable doing it.
Just need to get out how god damned lonely I am. I don't seem to fit into any of my social groups anymore. Outgrown is the wrong word so perhaps it's more I'm at a cross roads and I'm the only one there.
I don't know what to do.

What I am not enjoying is the constant feeling of complete fullness!
Kind of good to get you through the 5 day juice fast but you kinda just want to roll around clutching your stomach!

Well I've already been to the toilet about 5 times since about 4am! Nothing like those long gross "lets hold them up with chop sticks" experiences yet but wow I didn't expect so much so soon!

I did put more apple juice that time but still it had a super strong ginger taste. I still think it is nicer than what the peppermint one would be.

Blessed Herbs Colon Cleanse
Well it's been a while since I've been here last to give some sort of review. What has brought me back? I am finally going to do the Blessed Herbs Colon Cleanse.
Sounds gross, well yeah it kind of is, but if you're into under going a detox now and then and believe expelling as many toxins out of your body as you can then you would be pretty excited about this too.
Day 1
After trekking down to the local organic supermarket to acquire their whole supply of apple juice:
They only had 2 bottle of apple but i thought apple and carrot would be pretty good too.
The formula is half of the shaker jar of juice to one packet of the toxin absorber. It wasn't too bad but very spicy with the ginger! Next time I'll add more water. So that's 1 down and 4 more to go.
Nailoid Results - Manicure Cream
After months of nagging I'm finally going to document my crazy need to try new products.
So here we go with the first.
I'm often in Priceline and scouring for bargains and I came across this one while looking for cuticle softeners so I can give myself manicures.
Being lazy I thought "wow I wonder what this does and it's only $5!"
This stuff really does work. My nails are healthy, shiney and strong. The cuticles never grow out over the nail, and because it contains a whitener the nails look like a french manicure.
All you do is rub a small about all over the nail and cuticles for a few seconds each (I prefer to do it for longer time so I feel I am getting the most out of it). Then rinse them under warm water and presto it looks like you've just had a manicure!
Now I am not saying this can replace a traditional mani but I do think it could reduce the frequency, but if you're looking for a cheap, quick alternative to getting a one each week I would recommend this product.
