I know the word ‘inspiration’ gets thrown around a lot - but when it comes to Rohan that is exactly what she is. I can say from the privilege of getting to dance in the same class as her previously I have honestly never met anyone who has worked tirelessly towards their goal with so much determination. After every set back or disappointment this girl has dealt with any result with so much class and poise. To put 110% into every dance, at every class, week in-week out for so many years. Rohan is the true definition of a champion.

This video was taken at our ‘foot check’ otherwise known as a sound check the day before the performance. I wish I could have made a recording during the live performance, but that wasn’t possible. To recap, my boyfriend composed the tune and we co-choreographed a traditional set style dance piece to fit the melodic contours, triplets, rhythms, and other ornamentation as perfectly as possible. Enjoy!
