honestly. nothing makes you painfully aware of how hard life is for those with dietary restrictions like being a vegan ✌️ if it’s this hard for me to find options and all my requirements are no meat . i’m not even vegan-vegan im pescatarian and this shit is hard as fuck

like i have food allergies but imagine how difficult it is to navigate the food industry with a gluten allergy or other restrictions. sometimes they forget to ask me if whole milk is okay in my coffee or restaurants will have very little vegan options on the menu whatsoever. sometimes people will purposely not listen and put something you didn’t ask for like almond milk instead of skim or something similar like at the psych ward i asked to not be served lemonade and they kept handing it to me anyways. why is it like this we have to not do this
