Cook with your heart! 💓
I firmly believe that if you've done something that comes from within, it will naturally be smooth and perfect! :)
A while ago me and my rlemates prepared a whole day meal for our patient who has breast cancer and arthritis. Honestly it was tough planning for a patient with these kind of illnesses especially knowing that some foods that help a particular disease can trigger the other.
But with the commitment and cooperation our group dedicated for this event, it was a SUCCESS! And I couldn't ask for any other groupmates since I am very much happy with our camaraderie and with what we have presented. :)
Throughout my journey this summer, I can say our Nutrition class really opened me to be more appreciative of everything I have especially when it comes to food. From the documentary films that we watched that help me realize the importance of finishing my food and knowing what is healthy for me, preparing and planning the food for our patient is really a tough job too!
But I can say it really helped me realize the hardwork of people preparing food for consumers everyday. And by experiencing it first hand I learned to be more thankful of the foods I am offered with.
To end this blog I would just like to say that it is the matter of how we see things in life that will help us be contented and happy with what we already have. That's why I am still encouraging you to know the importance of food so that we could always say #NoToWasting :)
