my account got frozen and it’s probably for the best in the long run, but i didn’t realize how much this is something where i don’t have anyone to talk to about it, and it’s a particular type of grief i’m finding difficult to express. we all like to joke about how horrible it is that, provided jumpstart remains solvent, your neopets will probably outlive you, forever dying of hunger, but nobody jokes about the slightly worse possibility, knowing these pets were always just imaginary images on the internet but seeing them deleted anyway, unable to live out even the most destitute, starved, and neglected imaginary life
