“Fine, fine. As for now I don’t have any complains, let’s just wait and see” A smile was there on her lips. Honestly, being with Chuck right now was the best thing ever. She thought for a moment that he was dead but he was also here and that was wonderful, he wasn’t dead, he was just with her “And I hope that’s true. You know how much I love surprises” And she wasn’t lying, especially surprises that Chuck used to give her, sometimes it doesn’t have to be with money and it was weird considering that she was always about that but when she was with Chuck, she didn’t care so much about that. When he touched the ring that there on her necklace, she looked at him and nodded once “Of course, it was a promise, I always wear it” And again, she wasn’t lying. That ring means the world to her, especially now that Chuck was here and when Bart was out of their way, they could be together again. Blair followed Chuck until the bar that was in their room and smiled “Yes, I would love that, drinks to celebrate that you are here, with me”

Hearing her affirmation made Chuck a bit more emotional, touched than he thought it would. After all, it took a lot to get the man even a little giddy. But being back with Blair, seeing her look all the more beautiful, made him realize just how much he missed. How much he never wanted to be apart from her again. It killed him to know that they couldn’t be together the way either of them wanted. For once again, Bart had plans to ruin Chuck’s life. As if the man hadn’t already done enough of that. Clearing his through, Chuck met the other’s gaze, a small smirk curling up on his lips. “Well then Waldorf, if it’s drinks you want, then it’s drinks you’re going to get.” He nodded, placing a gentle kiss on her cheek before pulling away to go over and mix the drinks at their private bar.

She followed him and honestly, she was glad that he was there with him she was safe or at least she can feel safe with him, always was like that. When he said that about Dan, the girl just sighed “I had a talk with him” She mentioned while they were walking “I made him clear my feelings and that I wanted to be his friend at some point but I didn’t listen to his answer because I just left. I’m not really good with break ups, especially when I am the one to blame” And that was true, she only had four boyfriends, incluiding the one that she married, just Nate, Chuck, Dan and Louis but then were just two guys more who she just had one night stand that was Carter and Jack but with break ups was more easy because they always do something wrong, Nate cheated on her with Serena, Louis was so mad that their married was more like prison. And with Chuck she broke up with him for so many reasons but at the end they always end up together “Well, that room is not that bad after all, uh?”

Chuck nodded at her words, feeling warmth spread through him. Honestly, ever since he saw the two becoming closer in front of his yes, he always wondered if there was something there, a connection. Friends, he could perhaps deal with that again. But anything more and well, he wouldn’t be upset if he made Blair happy-- but it would still hurt. “Well, no matter what you could have said, I just want you do be happy. You know that, right?” He mused, arched brow raised as he peeked over at her. Dan would be alright eventually he figured. Hell, the male may even support the reunion of Serena and Dan if it made the other’s attention fall elsewhere. “For this place it’ll certainly do.” He drawled, stepping into the room and guiding Blair into a chair. With a quick kiss to the top of her head, Chuck moved away, peeking in the many dresser drawers for something the two could use.
