Are you able to tell us the fitness journey in detail? Like how did the routine look like in the beginning? What is the current workout routine like? And what are you eating and how much?
I go to the gym 5-7 days a week
Monday: Push
Wednesday: Legs
Friday: Pull
Every other day is just a core workout with some ab exercises.
At the end of every lift I walk on the treadmill for 30 min at max incline, 2.5 speed.
As well as all this, I also make sure to go on a 1 hour walk every day as well to get steps in.
Right now while I’m trying to lean down a bit more, I’m aiming for 1800-2000 cals per day. I eat basic AF tbh but ever meal is high in protein and fiber.
Also I absolutely HAVE to track my calories all throughout the day. If I don’t track I will end up eating over and thinking I’m still within my limit

How did you get so fit so quickly?
It hasn’t been quickly lol. I started taking my gym routine seriously like 2 years ago. About 3-4 months ago I really locked in on my nutrition. I just haven’t been posting regular shitless pics/progress updates
