Sholto Dobie ● de' Lamperi - live @sholtodobie was born in Edinburgh and lives in Vilnius. He uses loose structures and an array of sound-sources including home-made organs and hurdy gurdy. His performances are personal and intuitive, often coming across as delicate, evocative, and absurd. de' Lamperi is the solo project of @_francesco_toninelli His musical research is currently articulated between cinema-for-the-ears, musical theatre and genealogical evocation of sounds from the past, also through the use of obsolete objects such as magnetic tape or instruments with ancient tunings.
