So I don't think I ever posted these, but this is the Ford Mansion in Morristown, NJ. The Continental Army spent the winter quartering of 1780 in Morristown and General Washington's office stayed at the Ford Mansion.

Aide-de-camp wise: Alexander Hamilton met Elizabeth Schuyler during his stay here. John Laurens only briefly visited in January as he was serving in the southern campaign in Charleston during this time. John Fitzgerald was gone now having left after the battle of Monmouth.

The site is owned by the NPS, they give tours and have a museum right near the house. I would definitely reccomend a visit!
