I’d lay next to you and ask you to just hold me . Don’t speak , don’t think .. just be there for warmth .
I’d hate to use you in that way
but often we need bodies more than we need voices , often we need scents more than we need advice ,
often we just need to be held more than we need to be told what to do.
I’d risk it all for you to find me ,
in a life where peace isn’t hard to find.
I don’t know you but I feel you and I feel like you need to become apart of me.
Submerge your waist with mine and allow your arms to do all the work ,
allow me to ride you like a vessel to good health and feel good doing so. I’d hate to use you in this way but I need a place to call home .
Home is within the creases of your shirt , the texture of your beard and the roughness of your fingertips.
I’m sorry I keep calling every night to come over. I’d hate to use you like this but this is the only way I can be selfish and needy all at once with any repercussions.
