A Few Strangers Have Entered The Room...
āMere curiousity reallyā¦ā Chey replied and walked over to a chair to sit down in. āNear you say? Thatās quite a unique name you have.ā She looked over at Near and glanced at his neck for a few seconds before giving eye contact again. āThis place is pretty emptyā¦.ā Chey looked around the huge room. She knew what happened to everyone, but pretended to act a bit dumb.
"Thank you." Near was now twisting the robot's head around. When it popped off his eyes widened, and then he carefully began to screw it back on. "Well, as nice as it is to know that this facility has captured your interest, this place is not for any person to just wander around in. I will have to ask that you find you way out."
Again, he paused and his eyes narrowed at the mention of the place's unusual vacancy...The way she had worded it left him with a rather unsettling feeling. Panda-like eyes met with those of red, and then Near stared passively at her before responding, "...Yes, it is rather empty in here, isn't it?"
And that was all he said before he returned to the task of piecing his toy back together.

āā¦Hello, Matt. What brings you here?ā
Matt smiled slightly as he replied, āHello, Near. Just thought Iād drop by and see how things are going.ā
"I'm glad you did. Everything is going well here." Near replies evenly, staring at the red haired boy with wide gray eyes while twirling a length of downy white hair around his finger. "How are things for you? What have you been up to lately?"
Fragile-and-Lost Entered The Room...
ā⦠Are you a servant?ā He was a prince, you must understand. āPeasant?ā He did not know who Near was. āIf so, you should not talk to me while standing, you filthy creature.ā Do not be so mean to the boy, Jay! Like that would happen⦠āGet down, and address me as you should.ā
...Peasant?
Either this person was suffering from some sort of delirium, or...well, he was having trouble coming up with a reason for the young man's strange demands. Either way, Near decidedly resumed his position on the floor, curling one leg towards his chest again and wrapping one arm around it. "...I'm not quite sure I understand what you're talking about, but I can assure you that I am not a...servant. Perhaps you've wandered into the wrong building?" He suggested, picking up an two of diamonds and turning it between his fingers.
Though that should not have been possible at all...Where exactly was Rester right now?
Fragile-and-Lost Entered The Room...
With a short sigh, the detective paused from his task of placing the last card on his L tower and hopped down from the small ladder under his feet. "May I help you?" He asked, casting a solitary glance near the doorway and directing his voice towards the stranger.

Not knowing at all how she had gotten there, Ririchiyo looked around, both surprised at the sudden change in her environment and in confusion as to how this could have happened. As she looked around, her eyes came to rest on a boy that seemed younger than her by possibly a few years. He looked⦠Almost kind of creepy. Nevertheless, she put on her usual ācoolā act, wrapping her arms around her midsection. āHeh, itās not as if Iām lost or anything.ā
That was her outside appearance. In her mind, everything was running rampant. She was completely freaking out. āWHERE AM I!? AM I GOING TO BE HERE FOREVER!? WHAT IF THE OTHERS ARE WORRYING ABOUT ME!?!?!ā
The detective's eyes widened a fraction at the girl's statement. He hadn't recalled asking her whether she was lost or not, but he supposed that would have been his next question. Returning half of his attention to the many stacks of cards before him, he picked up an eight of diamonds and asked, "Are you sure?"

"...Hello, Matt. What brings you here?"

Something about this young man is very..Familiar.. Ā Though I donāt ever recall seeing someone such as him. Just his presence just..Sends off this vibe.
The detective took a small sip from his sweetened tea. Grey hues observed the young boy before him, placing his tea down on his desk. Hmm. Furrowing his eyebrows, he spoke. ā Hello there. Is there something you need? ā His index finger poked at his bottom lip in thought, ignoring the fact that he found his headquarters. Nevertheless, managed to get in. So people made their way in here nowadays, it no longer came too a bother to him. Though it was very concerning at the most. Yet he remained completely safe, and no one seemedĀ suspiciousĀ as of now. Just normalĀ passerbys.
Near was crouched on the floor near the desk with his knees anchored to his chest. His gray eyes were on the dark haired man, wide and curious as he took in the other's appearance. In one hand, the slighter detective was rolling a marble from a set of jacks deftly between his fingers, while the fingers of the other tangled in his snowy hair, curling a lock around the first.
So...this was the current L.
A tiny, impish smirk curved Third's lips at the L's inquiry. Of course he wouldn't recognize one of his successors; they had never met, after all.
Near's left hand tilted and the marble rolled off his palm to drop and roll across the floor under the desk, and his expression faded simultaneously before he spoke.
"No." He replied in his naturally soft monotone. Bare toes wiggled and curled into the carpet floor. "I am Near, one of your successors. It is nice to finally meet you...L."
A Few Strangers Have Entered The Room...
Chey looked around the room filled with toys and cards. She finally gazed at the boy with unusual white hair who was fiddled with some dice while watching her. Once he finally spoke up, she already had an answer ready. āJust wanting to say hello mainlyā¦.My, my you have quite a few toys donāt you?ā She gave a small smile. āThe nameās Chey.ā
"...To say hello?" There was a hint of confusion in the detective's tone as he blinked owlishly at dark haired girl. Perhaps it would have been better phrased to ask how she had managed to find her way into this facility. Hadn't anyone bothered stopping her on the way in?
No...The white haired boy reached his hand into his hair and began curling a lock of the downy white around his finger. Something is definitely wrong here...Where are the other SPK members?
"I do." Near answered the girl's question offhandedly, though half of his attention was lost on their casual conversation. Anchoring both knees to his chest, the white haired boy glanced at the girl again as he reached for a small robot figure on the floor and began twisting its arms around on its body. "You may call me Near." He stated, slate gray eyes all but concentrating on the small activity. Bare toes curled and uncurled against the cold tile floor. "Tell me, something...Chey, was it? How did you happen upon this place?"

Near lifted his dark eyes to the three people who had entered the confines of his room. Small robots and towering houses of cards riddled the area, and right before him was a pillar of multicolored dice. Gripping the last one in his hand, he tilted his head and allowed it to drop soundlessly to the floor beside his bare foot.
Who were these people and how had they been allowed to wander in here? Clearly, the security around here was not as good as it should have been...he would have to do something about that later. For now, he simply pressed a finger to the fallen die and began to roll it gently back and forth as he continued to speculate his new guests. After a few moments of consideration, he scooped up the die again and spoke.
"...May I help you with something?"
