I saw some mentions of the daiya walk up songs some time ago and I went to check haruichi's bc I wasn't able to find them when I saw the list for the first time

and I listened to Sakuranbo by Ai Otsuka (his first walk up song before he starts using his brother's song)

this song is soooo sawaharu vibes !!!!! I'm gonna turn this into another one of my silly ship posts but

wdym you have so many memories together and you want to stay together forever ????? that's what I mean when I say Haruichi had this very innocent(? love for eijun when they're in high school and can't help but fantasize a little of what it would be like being together and being in a romantic relationship

I think maybe as time passes he realizes it's really not that simple and decides to put his feelings aside for some time to focus on other things. Kinda giving up on his feelings a bit, deciding that it's all childish dreaming and that he can just cheer Eijun on from the sidelines like everyone else.

But Eijun is Not having it ! Haruichi finds out Eijun has also been dreaming about the same things with him and that's how their relationship starts

And if they did, who would take whose name ?

I think Haruichi still has a little bit of that innocent love and fantasies he had about Eijun when he was younger, thinking about changing his last name to Sawamura and growing old together.

But I also think about Eijun being Eijun and wanting to take Haruichi's last name so he can be a Kominato too just because he thinks Haruichi and his brother are so cool and he wants to be cool like that (and probably also influenced by romance stories in some way).
