There’s a faint silence between them ; a silence that has Shou suspecting there’s more that Haeun wants to say. He doesn’t push her though, as she doesn’t push him. A mutual respect resides between the two, something Shou has found isn’t something you find in everyone. Haeun was special, of course. He held a level of fondness for her and her company whenever things didn’t go exactly how he planned. He tried not to pile his own problems on other’s, but he didn’t mind the chance to forget.
Shou’s silent as they walk, hands slipping into the pocket of his jeans before sighing softly. The park always seemed like a common ground they both enjoyed going to. Her voice caused him to glance towards her, pursing his lips as he considered her words. He knew what she wanted, but he wasn’t sure how to give her that exactly. ❛ I know Haeun. I don’t try to be like this.. I just have a lot going against me. You know I appreciate it. ❜
A ( soft; ) smile decorated Haeun's ( lovely; ) features as she gave him a ( slight; ) nod as a sign of understanding. Just like Shou, Haeun was not one to push others into confessing what lingers in their thoughts. The feeling of assisting is a ( lot; ) rewarding if they were to come to her on their own. As if she was useful and helpful for them. When they're ready to talk about the situation, she believes their ( true; ) feelings on the subject at matter will show. Forcing out those thoughts and feelings would not bring out the genuinity between the two is what she believed.
❝ I know. ❞ Another ( soft; ) mutter left her lips as she stopped in her tracks when they approached the bench. It did not take her long to ( quickly; ) take a seat, patting the area beside her as a sign for him to take a seat.
