why don't you update your tumblr anymore :( ?
I’ll be honest, I’ve just lost interest in it at the moment. I’m working a lot and spend a lot of time updating work-related social media and keeping on top of messages and inquiries, so by the time I’m done with that I don’t really have the urge to then take more photos and update here as well. It doesn’t mean I’m not reading though, I’m actually happier with my reading life now than I was a year ago.
If any of you are on there, I’m on instagram the most these days at chloegiordano_embroidery. As you can tell from the name it’s mostly my embroidery, but there is the odd book post and dog updates (my stories on there are nearly 100% boxers).

Thank you so, so much! My country hasn't english as native language, and I never had the oportunity to listen to Bruce Springsteen's songs before. I met his songs through you, and I need to say thank you again! Could you recomend more amazing people to listen to?
Oh God, I’m terrible at music recommendations. I have been listening to Jackson Browne’s For Everyman (1973) album on repeat for several weeks now so that’s probably a good place to start (and if you liked that then try Jackson Browne (1972), Late For the Sky (1974) and The Pretender (1976)).
The fact that our lack of care and concern may have been, at times, unintentional or unconscious does not mitigate our crime - if we refuse, when given the chance, to make amends.

For this your home, my friend, do not be driven from it; great men have done great things here and will again, and we can make America what America must become.

The subtle and deadly change of heart that might occur in you would be involved with the realisation that civilisation is not destroyed by wicked people; it is not necessary that people be wicked but only that they be spineless.

Hello, hope you're doing well. How have you been? I miss seeing your posts on my dashboard. x
I’m well, thanks! I’ve been working a lot and haven’t felt the urge to post on here as much the last few months. I still want to use this blog as a place to store quotes I like as I read (which is one of main reasons I started it) though, and might get back to posting more photos eventually.
I was raised feral, and I mostly stayed that way.
