Warning: Blood. Lots and lots of it. 

A/N: Originally, this wasn’t what I plan to draw (was gonna do fluff) but it ended up angsty. Pretty much, this is just how I visualized what may have happened after Kuma left Zoro for dead and Sanji finding him (which was not shown in the manga/anime). This is somewhat a prequel for my fanfic, Carrying another’s weight.

i just re-read it oh man its so gooood! but do you know why zoro is being such an ass at the beginning? is he jealous?

Yea, I think he is, because Sanji’s all over the nice pictures of Robin and Nami. But he won’t show it any way other than yelling and insulting Sanji.

Zoro calls the photos ‘stupid’ because yea that’s just his nature. He won’t show his sensitive side that easily. Stupid Marimo!

Sanji still decides to go easy on Zoro and thinks of a “date” to relax the stubborn green-head lol

But Zoro still rejects him…

It’s that damn pride of his….

But after meeting the blind grandma and talking to her, describing the scenery AND SANJI he “changed”. He was told to be a ‘kind person’ yet Zoro doesn’t believe it…

After talking to her Zoro becomes ‘softer’, close to accepting his own feelings because then he watched Sanji, described him to the old lady, felt ‘connected’ like she said. And the smallest glance from Sanji made him flinch

And this was the part where I cried… Because, deep down, Zoro IS  a kind person…

And then ‘stuff happened’ on the carriage. There he saw beauty (and sexiness) in Sanji.

Later, when they got backl to the ship, Zoro asked for photos from Usopp

and found out that revealing and getting together with your feelings isn’t weakness but strength…

and he accepted his feelings….

And this is why this is one of my favorite doujinshi.

It’s been awhile! And I have lovely news (finally man)! 

Our lovely Mafia/Baker AU is underway and I’ll be spending the next 2 months inking the rest of the pages and yes, the doujin will be at least 80 pages long! And they’ll be released on the 7th of March 2020!

Regarding the physical copies, I’m happy to let you know that it’ll be released on the next Narumitsu Day on the 3rd of July 2020! So after the digital release, I’ll be working on printing works and some extra content, and in the mean time, I’ll be opening preorders for them in April (I should have a confirmed price by then)! All payment will be handled through either Bigcartel or Ko-fi, I’ll talk about it on a later post.
