He sees the invitation, and accepts; he was pulled from his universe only but a few short weeks after finding good old Nick, here, and being temporarily trapped here? Well, not only was his best shot with the most powerful among this reality, but truly, what else could he be doing right now? "Ooo, full name. Makes me all tingly." He slides into the seat opposite Desire.

"Someone like me tends to have a working knowledge of anything like you. Angels, Archangels, personifications, four horsemen. I'd recognise you. Remember you. Unless .." There's a small frown, as he regards them for a moment. "Unless you made yourself known sometime between The Beginning annnd about a month ago."

Well, that's different. They'd sensed Lucifer nearby, but when they turn; the smile fades. That's not the voice they're used to, nor the way he speaks to them. Then he asks who they are -- perhaps this was another.... aspect? Lucifer had never mentioned his kind working like the Endless do - but they suppose it's a possibility; even with the time travel that would entail. Wary, they don't offer their name. They push aside their feelings, maintaining a neutral expression. Instead of answering, they respond with a question.

" Where did you come from? "

And they know how to talk to someone like him. Bonus. There's a smile on his face; sly, but also gentle, as he gives a nod. Sure, he'd be honest. As though he was usually anything but. "Best guess? Alternate universe. Kinda kicks my plans in the ass, but for a summer vacation? This is an interesting place." Not being in hell, he could get behind. Owning a club, sure - whatever. Couldn't see himself doing it, but here they were. A partner like this? Out of the realm of possibility.

"You're powerful, I can feel it. It .. reminds me of a few friends of mine." There's a raise of an eyebrow, and a small chuckle. "It's a shame. I would've liked you in my universe. It's too bad you don't exist."
