We are honoured to have been shortlisted for this years #nationalfitnessawards for "Regional Gym of the Year Scotland" This is like an academy award nomination for the fitness industry! We really can't believe how well our humble wee gym is being received by everybody, we don't have the latest iPad treadmills, 30 personal trainers, top of the range £15k squat racks etc, what we do have is a few dedicated staff, amazing members, great atmosphere and above all we have a laugh!
