Extra info about Arthur and the Friends of the Round Table characters
The kingdom is Camelot and Uther is the king. Ulfin (Sir Ulfin) is one of his knights and also the one who trains the squires.
Uther can be obtuse and harsh, and he often acts egoistically even if he is not a villain nor a bad king.
Gawain, Tristan, Arthur and Sagramore are squires at Camelot and their main goal is finally becoming knights.
Tristan is also of noble family
Gawain is very into being the perfect knight, he really wants to become a knight and can act quite snobby. He has family elsewhere and he returns to his family during the holidays.
Sagramore is in exile and he has family in Constantinople. He is loyal, often sleepy and sneezes a lot because the climate of Camelot is much colder than he is used to.
Arthur is an orphan and he only knows that his family was killed in the war. Merlin told him that he had a vision that Arthur is going to become king and for this reason Merlin is also personally taking care of Arthur’s education.
Guinevere is Cameliard’s princess and her parents are still in Cameliard, but she is a guest in Camelot. Her handmaiden, Brigitte (who has a crush on Ulfin) is teaching her how to be a lady, but Guinevere often runs around and fights with her friends. She also has a forbidden were-cat, Megrau, which turns into a beast on the full moon nights.
Merlin is Uther’s wizard and he knows more than what he is telling Uther (especially about Arthur). Morgana is his apprentice and Morgana lives in Camelot thanks to Merlin.
Morgana is a witch and she is learning magic. She is friends with Arthur and Guinevere, but her alliances are mixed, as he often is convinced to help her sister.
Morgana is from Tintagel, a nearby kingdom who is ruled by Morgause and Ygerne, Morgana’s sisters, who think of Uther as an usurper and want to reclaim the throne of Camelot. They are not welcome in Camelot, but their cousin Mordred (also helping them) is instead often around Camelot.
