quinnet is an incredibly affulent noble and heiress to her mom, a psion of incredible power who single-handedly runs the nation through mind control of important figures (and unimportant figures). quinnet herself is not a psion and spends most of her time working on establishing and spreading her fledgling cult into positions of power so that she can safely inherit the nation once her now-ailing mother dies. she's basically a shithead who has never been accountable for or denied from anything
