What is a motion in court? A motion is essentially a formal request from one side; they may request the court to do something or to not do something. They essentially argue one sides theory or opinion. Court motions are not subject to cross examination. You can essentially state whatever you want to within a court motion whether it is true or not, and Tom Sneddon did so knowing the media would take his motions and condemn Michael.
The prosecution could never provide these alleged photos in either trial, because they didn’t exist 😒 but the prosecution thought if they lied enough, they might get a conviction.
