Lately, I’ve been trying to cut back on the amount of work I take on. Until now, I was so overloaded that I barely had time to sleep. To make things worse, the work had nothing to do with creativity, and it wasn’t even appreciated—so staying motivated was really hard.

I’ve come to realize that life is too short to keep doing painful work for little reward. Instead, I want to spend my time creating something that brings joy to others, or doing work that people genuinely appreciate. And above all, I’ll keep putting in the effort so I can continue doing what I love most: drawing.

I finally found some time to draw again! I’m not sure when my next piece will be ready, but I don’t think I’ll ever stop drawing.
