my own experience with exolusa

ok with all the shit thats going on with exolusa recently, I figured i should explain my own situation to warn everyone about them! basically what happened is my friend was part of the exo fan support fb page (exolusa fb page) and she noticed Liz was taking orders for lightstick costumes! I really wanted one and so did my friend, and even though my friend and I were hesitant to place our order through her bc of previous issues we had heard about her and the group, we decided to go through with it. My friend messaged Liz and placed the order through her. Later on Liz decided she would hand over the orders to the fan unions so that we would pick up from them at the concert, but this caused us confusion as at the time as I had ordered the Vivi costume so that would go with Sehuns union, but the Sehun union leader wasn't attending the LA concert, so we discussed this with both Joy (the Sehun union leader at the time) and Liz. Both had confirmed with us that we would pick up from LIZ on the day of the concert. All was fine and dandy till a few days before the concert. A few days before the concert, my friend decided to message Liz to confirm where we would be picking up the order and Liz was like "I'm not in charge of that, you get it from the member unions" and we were like ???? Joy isn't going to LA, you told us to pick up from you. And she went on this whole rant saying she had no part in the costumes and that she didn't have our order and we should talk to Joy, so I pmed her and Joy said she was only in charge of those placed through her form. (This post isn't meant to shade Joy btw bc she was rlly sweet and even offered to get me a new costume in this whole fiasco) and basically after that we got a whole rant from Liz telling us she is not in charge of the order and we need to talk to the member unions bc she doesn't have access to their order forms/spreadsheets or paypal info despite her telling us we would pick up from her and we even paid to her paypal account. We even tried to get a refund from her but she was even being a toughie on that saying she never received a payment from us despite us having screenshots showing proof. She eventually refunded both of us (she wouldn't let my friend pick up her costume bc they had hers) and proceeded to ban us from coming to the fan cafe. Me, being upset as I was for even putting any trust into exolusa despite their past, went and ranted on twt and in the legit selling group on fb about her, and then I got a notif that I was tagged in a post by her and basically the called out my friend and I telling us to stop spreading lies and what not and then proceeded to remove us from the fb group. Later on I found out that she had spies in my exo la gc on kkt sending her screenshots from our conversations where me and other friends who had been gyped by her were complaining about her. Also flashback to a about a month or so ago, the member unions had made Facebook groups and I decided to join the Sehun one and I considered myself pretty active on the group bc i wanted to interact with other Sehun stans, until one day where I found I wasn't able to access the group anymore. I then messaged one of the moderators and she added me back in and I messaged the Sehun union leader (they have a new leader as Joy stepped down from the position) and she sent me this super vague message saying someone sent them tweets and they decided to block me to prevent any further issues, which is total bs imo bc i wasn't even in the group to start trouble. Anyways I was added back in and a few weeks later I had found I was ONCE again blocked. Anyways, long story short, please avoid dealing with exolusa Their leader is extremely childish and refuses to take responsibility for her own mistakes and would rather block and publicly shame you before admitting she messed up. If you don't receive your goods for whatever reason, good luck on receiving any type of compensation! (Also I have screenshots of all of this mess but since I'm on mobile im too lazy to upload)

I see it usually in the context of “esk*mo kisses” which may pop up when people talk about their ships and their headcanon, but it means “snow eaters” in cree and is a slur against Inuit people so please just don’t use it!
