Logan might have been the end for Hugh Jackman, but it also marks a new dawn in the franchise as he goes out liberating a bunch of mutant children, including his daughter, X-23. Given the ecstatic fan response to the character, it seems like a no-brainer to give her a movie, which is actually in the works. The only issue is the timeline since she is a kid in Logan and that movie is set a few years into the future.
