The Potato and Friends started out as avatars I made for S and his work buddies after lockdown. Yesterday, I put together a group photo of them on a beach with some cables being laid out in the sea (they work in the telecoms industry). Just finished a very large knitting project: a bean bag filed with fabric stuffing and padding made from upcycled fabrics. The bean bag has a zipper so filling bag (made from a cotton bedsheet) can be taken out and cover can be washed. Christmas at our house. All decorations, except Christmas lights are homemade:Snowflake wreath out of cardboard packing tubes, candles and paper covered tubes in the fireplace and a garland made of glass vials and keys, bought at a crafts shop. The old gourmet coffee jar is decorated with glass painted details. Our wrapping paper is reused packing paper from this year's house move.
