Julian shook his head and looked back at the blonde as he mentioned that he’d never sell the house. “No, I would never expect you to.” Julian admitted, placing his hands in his pockets. “It’s the home you grew up in. Granted, I feel like I had more bad memories then good ones growing up, but I know it’s hard to erase any part of your past.” Julian looked around as he glanced around the house. Hearing Lucas’ words, he nodded. “I would come to you to get any sort of information I needed from your view and side of things.I just thought getting a glimpse into the past of the Lucas Scott might be helpful.” he shrugged. “Next time I’ll be sure to come straight to you.” He looked at Lucas as he moved towards the boxes and Julian shrugged. “So, this isn’t ‘home’ to you anymore?” he asked. “Or, not so much the home you would want on film anyways?”
“Everyone has just been saying ‘so the house is not on the market anymore.’ So that is why I am saying that. I don’t even remember putting it on the market if it ever was.” he said to him. Luke looked down at the floor. “I think everyone has there fair share of good and bad. If you look at it I think out of the group of friends Broke, Nathan, Payton and I tie. I don’t know you much very well andI am sorry about that. Broke is a good friend of mine, so I should, but I would like to get to know you.” he said to him. Luke looked through the box for the old pictures of the house when he found them he handed them to him. “These is were you should build your sets off. Luke looked around. “This place is basically adult Lucas now. The settings help make the show right?” he said to him.
