I really wanted to draw this creature with a color palette like this, so it's a perfect opportunity.

Right now, I really like this aesthetic, but I guess my nostalgia for the 2000s has a lot to do with it.

Lineart done with colored pencils is fine, but not for this kind of drawing with lots of small details.(I'll remember that for next time.)

I'm late here but, Happy 19th Birthday Spectrobes ! I too would have loved digging for fossils and fighting aliens.

He's in my top 10 Sonic characters, I like his design ♡

Right now, I love doing my line art with colored pencils; it's really nice to work with :)

The paper used is bamboo fiber paper found in the craft section at Action. It's pretty good, but it uses up a lot of ink.
