Hello, I’m the admin! I use she / he! I want to include some information about how I portray Bianca before I talk about me.

I see Bianca as someone with AUDHD ( #she is me ) and so that comes through a lot with how I write her.

I will not write ships with Bianca but I will write platonic relationships! ( please!! She deserves friends and like everything ) I also will not write anything lewd, I’m a minor and so is she.

As I said before, I’m a minor ( 17 ) so keep that in mind when interacting! It’s summer currently as I write this so I’m a little less busy but I got other commitments too so please be patient with me!

Kylo sat on the floor across from Nico’s bed. “I don’t even know anymore” he sighs

“You don’t have to know,” Bianca reassured him. Her braid was laid over her shoulder and she was playing with it subtly.

“We just want to help how we can.”

He looked up, ”..why?” His hand went up to pick at a bit of acne on his face “why do you want to help?” Kylo’s voice was quiet, and genuine.

“Why wouldn’t we?” Bianca countered, “you don’t deserve to feel this way.” Their eyes lingered on the way he picked at his face, eyebrows knitting together in worry.

his breath hitched, just for a moment, just long enough to be noticeable. “I-…” he closed his mouth, unable to get more out. He moved on from his face, his hand going to grab a necklace that he soon realized wasn’t there. “I don’t…?”

"You don't, Kylo," Nico says, looking straight at him. "Did Uranus tell you something that made you upset?" he asked, now moving his look to Will. Nico made a gesture, trying to tell him to bring some water for Kylo.

Kylo didn’t meet his gaze, pulling his knees to his chest “nothing..nothing out of the ordinary..”

“It’s just ….more consistent since that thing with Apollo…”

"What happened with Apollo?", Nico asked Kylo, looking worried. He looked at Will again, searching for answers.

He let out a semblance of a chuckle ”I was getting to be too much for the Apollo kids, so Apollo himself took me to Delos..”

he sighed, “I don’t really know…it’s all kinda blurry..”

“That’s okay. It’s not something you can control. At least you know some of it,” Bianca comforted, glancing to the side for a split second.

“And I hope you know you’re not too much.”

“First I imagine a triangle, you don’t need too. I just like it. Then I follow the triangle’s points in my head. Breathe in until you reach 3. Again you can just do the breathing if it’s better. You don’t need to imagine the triangle,” Bianca explained, wiping his tears, “then you breathe out to 3. It stimulates some nerves, I guess. I never bothered to pay attention.” A lopsided smile appeared on her face.

“It won’t fix things but it’ll help you calm down. I also like to think of people close to me,” Bianca’s eyes darted to Nico then back to Kylo, “or something I like. Archery makes sense to me. More than my own feelings sometimes. So I think of archery.”

“the triangle…” he followed her instructions, racing a small triangle in the air in front of him.

his eyes didn’t dry completely, but just enough for tears to stop falling. “Thank you, Bianca…”

Kylo’s mouth twisted into a weak, small, but genuine smile.

Will smiled at the sight, “everything will be alright. This is temporary.” He moved closer, sitting in a range where he could examine the other.

“Mind if I check for injuries?”

Kylo’s eyes flew to Will at his movement.

“no I-…I don’t mind…” he replied.

His injuries consisted of mainly bruises, a few broken bones here and there, and a reopened scar on the side of his neck.

“Can you recall if these all were from falling?” Will asked as he looked at the scar before getting up, opening a bag and pulling out some nectar and bandages.

“I’m going to fix that reopened wound up then if there’s anything more serious, I’ll result to hymns, sound good?”

Nico stayed quiet while the others were trying to help Kylo. He wasn't that good with words, so he left this part for Will and Bianca.

He couldn't help but give a little smile to his sister when they looked at Nico while talking about close people. It was really important to him.

Nico moved a bit, sitting by Bianca's side while Will was talking to Kylo. "Do you think he is going to be alright? I'm worried," he said to his sister in an almost inaudible way.

“I’m sure he will,” Bianca said softly, “it’s okay to worry. I mean, I am too but he can do this.” She smiled, tilting her head a bit as if trying to look at everything from a new angle.

“Stuff like this seems to just happen here but .. you all get past it.”

"I think so... It must be so hard for him to pass through all this. At least, he has you and Will. You two are good at making people relax," he said with a little smile.

"To be honest, we are used to it, but Kylo's situation is a bit different than usual. It always is, though, and we have to deal with it," now, he was looking at Will. "I hope Will can make him feel less pain, too. She's a good healer."

”yeah that’s…that’s fine, will.” His eyes wandered over to Nico and Bianca, not quite hearing them, but could read their faces enough to know who they were talking about.

he stared at them for a moment, as if he was going to say something, then decided it wasn’t a good time.

“Will..? It’ll….itll be okay…right..?”

”Of course. I promise,” the words left Will’s mouth before he could process them, “all you got to do is believe.” He held up the nectar as if warning him, opening it.

“I’m going to apply this to the wound, okay? Want me to count down?” They asked. Their eyes studied Kylo’s face, a million thoughts filling their head. They wished they could have helped sooner. They were scared that this might not work. What would they do if they couldn’t heal him?

Kylo nodded, moving his hair out of the way of the wound.

“Will..?” He started, voice trembling. “What’s wrong with me?…”

“why do i keep getting hurt…why can’t I stop it…”

“3,2,1..” Will began to apply the drink before hesitating mid application hearing the words. He quickly regained his composure, meeting the other’s eyes.

“There’s nothing wrong with you,” she assured him, her voice breaking. It wasn’t because she didn’t believe those words. She didn’t think anything was inherently wrong with Kylo. It just wasn’t a question she really had an answer for.

“I don’t know exactly what’s happening,” he continued, thinking about Nico’s theory but deciding not to bring it up, “but it’s not your fault.”

Kylo winced as the liquid hit the wound, but tried to get over the stinging sensation. “I-…I don’t know either…” he muttered, guilt filling his voice.

“I’m sorry, Will…I know-…I know your stressed…I just-….” He didn’t finish his statement.

Will feels his throat tighten as he places the nectar aside, putting the cap back on. He picked up the assortment of bandages, holding tightly onto them like they were a lifeline.

“You don’t have to apologize to me,” he assured him, “this is far worse for you. This is my job.”

They were too busy thinking about how much this was all and how they just wanted things to be okay. They wished they had the guidance of Artemis in that moment.

"They can," he said, looking at Will and Kylo. "I thought about bringing him here before, but he was with the Apollo cabin. I don't think they would do anything bad to him, but as I said to Will, his biological father may be mad at Kylo. I don't know," he looks away.

"Will is worried. I can see it on their face. I hope they know that they're trying their best," Nico said, more to himself than for anyone else.

”Mad at him?” Bianca’s face dropped, lip trembling slightly, “that would explain this. No matter what it is, it’s horrible.” She knew the kind of wrath that could be brought with rage. It made her stomach turn but she tried to keep her composure. She didn’t want to make the anxiety of the situation worse.

Bianca was brought out of their thoughts as she heard Nico’s words. They nodded in agreement, not finding the words to say. They could see the burden of the role. They got it.

His injuries consisted of mainly bruises, a few broken bones here and there, and a reopened scar on the side of his neck.

Nico stayed quiet while the others were trying to help Kylo. He wasn't that good with words, so he left this part for Will and Bianca.

He couldn't help but give a little smile to his sister when they looked at Nico while talking about close people. It was really important to him.

Nico moved a bit, sitting by Bianca's side while Will was talking to Kylo. "Do you think he is going to be alright? I'm worried," he said to his sister in an almost inaudible way.

"I think so... It must be so hard for him to pass through all this. At least, he has you and Will. You two are good at making people relax," he said with a little smile.

"To be honest, we are used to it, but Kylo's situation is a bit different than usual. It always is, though, and we have to deal with it," now, he was looking at Will. "I hope Will can make him feel less pain, too. She's a good healer."

”Yeah?” Bianca watched for a moment, “makes sense. Apollo and all. I’m sure they can.” It was a murmur like she was speaking more to herself.

“He has you too, you know,” they squeezed his shoulder gently, “bringing him here was smart.” They caught Kylo’s gaze but didn’t’ think much of it. They were too busy thinking about how much this was all and how they just wanted things to be okay. They wished they had the guidance of Artemis in that moment.

He looked up, ”..why?” His hand went up to pick at a bit of acne on his face “why do you want to help?” Kylo’s voice was quiet, and genuine.

"I've been training for so long that I don't even know if I'm capable of improving anymore. But I believe your words, Bianca. One day maybe I'll be able to hit a target without messing it all up," despite the melancholic tone, Will laughed as he finished speaking. It was common for him not to be so worried about things, just letting the rhythm flow.

Will looked back at them, giving Bianca a gentle smile. "I think you have more tips for me than I have for you, but I accept the exchange," he paused, "Opposites, despite being different, still have a lot to teach each other. What you said makes a lot of sense," he finished, looking at Nico, who at that moment was extremely happy with the direction the conversation was taking between the two.

Nico blinked a few times, lifting his head from Will's shoulder. "I knew you two would get along," he said, smiling. "I think maybe we should eat something, what do you think?" he asked, turning to Bianca.

“You have the spirit,” Bianca assured him. The fear from before melted. They were in their element and no one could take them from them.

“Ah, thank you. I’m sure even I can learn something,” she laughed, “I do all the time. I’m glad you can understand.” She felt like she hadn’t stopped learning since she realized the Gods were real. It was like she woke up and was injected with knowledge. It wasn’t unwelcome. She liked learning new things, not being seen as someone who needs to know it all.

“Food sounds good. What is there to eat?” Bianca asked before folding their hands together, “I mean if you know. I don’t mind a surprise either.” They really did mind a surprise but it felt odd to say that. Besides, the food was fine last time. They didn’t want to seem odd by making it seem like they needed to know. They wondered what caused people to worry about being seen that way. It would be nice not to worry and just be.

"The nymphs will bring you anything you want to eat or drink," Nico said. "I always order potato salad and bread. I like the combination. Oh, it's also common to make an offering at every meal. Part of the food goes to our parents. You have to burn it in the campfire," he explained. Nico liked that tradition, in parts. It was done with more happiness on the days he wasn't angry with his father, but Nico was getting better at dealing with the anger he sometimes felt. It was all a process, after all.

He couldn't deny that he was feeling a little overwhelmed by so much noise in the pavilion. It was common, yes, for the place to be louder than the rest, but the arrival of new campers only worsened the situation, which was clearly already not good. Nico wanted to eat as much as he wanted to get out of there. He wasn't angry, on the contrary, he was happy that more demigods had found their place, but it was undeniable that his head seemed to spin while he was there. His reaction to this was to reach for Will's hand and squeeze it a little, trying to relieve the tension he felt.

“Good to know,” Bianca nodded. The tradition swirled around her head like liquid in a glass. It made her nervous but also intrigued. It would be nice to try but it scared her in a way. Thinking about that fear wouldn’t help her though. It never did.

“I will do the same. That sounds good,” they said, pretending they didn’t see Nico’s movement. They didn’t want him to feel worse when he seemed to already be overwhelmed. Instead, they thought about fruit. They helped there was some berries. Berries made them think of hunting. Their favorite was blueberries. They also liked raspberries but they were not true berries. They wondered if the other Gods liked berries like Artemis did.

“Do offerings usually go well?” Bianca asked, deciding thinking about berries this much wasn’t good.

"It might be a little difficult the first time," Nico replied, breaking the silence between the three and looking down. "I remember I didn't want to make offerings to our father before, but I think we both know he's doing his best for us. You tend to be more understanding than I am," Nico smiled, waiting for a nymph to stop at the table so he could order what they wanted to eat. Will ordered tacos, and Nico ordered potato salad for himself and his sister, since Bianca had shown interest.

"It's not so bad. It shows our gratitude for what the gods have done. One of them is our father, whether we like it or not, we have to respect him, right?" Nico continued, asking the question both to Bianca and to himself. Despite loving his father very much and finally overcoming the obstacles in their relationship, Nico still harbored resentment. Why didn't Hades save his mother? Why make her suffer when he already had Persephone, whom he said he loved so much? The gods were extremely confusing, and Nico had already decided that he wouldn't try to understand them anymore or stress about it, but it was inevitable that that misunderstood child would awaken from time to time.

“I trust you,” Bianca said simply. She couldn’t help but think of when she first found out the Gods were real. That they were demigods. She remembered the confusion, the shapes of people in her head. There wa a nothing Bianca could do. She just had to accept Hades knew what he was doing.

She had to trust all the Gods were as kind as Artemis.

“You’re right, respect is important. Even if this is new to me,” they agreed, “do you think the kind of food matters? Like other offerings.” They couldn’t help but rip open the tradition, wanting to understand every bit of it. Becoming part of something often felt like taking on another’s skin for Bianca. She was trying to find what worked and what didn’t, what she was meant to do. She wanted to understand it down to the bones. She found it troublesome to not stress about things.

Bianca wondered if this could help them get to know their father more. As Nico had said, they felt an immediate need to respect him. He was a God. They also felt conflicted though. It was hard for them to picture him in their life. Their memory was still a mess so often and they went so long without him, it felt weird.

They had tried to reach out to him once but felt fearful. Why must change be good and bad at the same time.

"It doesn't make a difference. The gods aren't usually demanding about that, for now," he laughed, a little melancholic. Nico remembered everything he and Bianca had been through, and he knew it hadn't been easy. His boyfriend stroked his hair, leaving a kiss on the top of his head. Will had this kind of sensor that seemed to beep, letting him know that Nico wasn't okay.

When the food arrived, Nico took a piece of bread and stood up to throw it on the fire, looking at Bianca. "Shall we go?" he asked gently, waiting for his sister. Nico was feeling a whirlwind of emotions at that moment, sharing a very large part of his life with his sister again. He couldn't forget that all of this was new to them, so he was trying to be as calm as he could.

”I’m ready if you are,” she told him, “do we have to say anything or is the intent enough?” What would she say? She didn’t know. All she knew was her intent was to pay respect. She moved some of her hair as she spoke, lost in thought.

"You don't have to say anything if you don't want to, just think of something you want to ask our father, or Artemis, in your case," he replied, smiling at his sister and going down to the campfire. Several demigods were there, some begging things from their divine parents, others just throwing food onto the fire with disgust. Nico liked seeing this difference between people, observing their habits, their thoughts. In a way, it made him recognize the place where he was more and feel more like he belonged there.

As soon as he got close enough, he placed the piece of bread on the fire, closing his eyes for a moment while channeling some things in his mind. Nico wished that his father would protect Bianca on her travels and that he would be kinder to his daughter. In a second, he opened his eyes, looking at his sister. "Your turn," he said gently.

”Okay.. I get it. Have you always been so good at teaching others?” Bianca asked, smiling. She began to brainstorm ideas as she watched others throw food into the fire. A few times her mind wandered to how long this tradition has been going on but she forced herself to focus as she realized it’d be her turn soon.

Bianca stepped forward, putting the bread in. They thought about safety and if they were doing things right. They also repeated thank you in their mind, twice for good measure.

“That was weirdly nice,” Bianca said, looking back at Nico, “relieving I suppose. Maybe it was all the build up. “

"Normally I'm not good at this," Nico blushed at the compliment, chuckling as he watched his sister offer him some of her food. He couldn't contain his happiness at seeing Bianca share a habit with him. That closeness brought the feeling of being home again, and Nico liked that. "It usually gives us a good feeling. I feel like I fulfilled my duty to my father," he confessed, looking at his own shirt. Nico was wearing a Camp Half-Blood shirt, but it was black and had a skeleton pegasus on it, with "Cabin 13" written below. "He's responsible for all this aesthetic, after all," he added, giving another small smile before calling his sister to come back upstairs.

When he got to the table, he sat down next to Will again, taking the opportunity to start eating. "You still cook?" Nico asked when he had already swallowed some of his food, still holding the bread stuffed with potato salad in his hand, his mouth dirty in the corner.

“You did fulfill it,” Bianca confirmed, “I’m sure he’s very proud of how you turned out.” Their eyes swept over Nico’s outfit, smiling softly. It did resemble what people associated Hades quite a bit. A thought came to their head about how Nico and Will both have striking resemblances to their cabins aesthetics. They were glad the two find each other.

Bianca sat down, taking a drink of her water. It was cold and refreshing like it was catered to her feelings.

“I do. We take turns, the Hunters. I mean, it’s a group effort but,” she shrugged, smiling nervously from her ramble, “we have someone who takes care of the majority.”

Nico loved it when Bianca allowed herself to talk a little more. The words seemed to make more sense when they came out of his sister's mouth, a feeling Nico couldn't fully explain. Bianca almost always worried too much about how to say things, whether the order would make sense, seeming to forget that they were with family and that she didn't always need to be in control of everything.

As he drifted off, Nico got a little lost in thought, taking longer than usual to answer Bianca. "I understand," he replied simply, taking another bite of his bread. Nico could and couldn't imagine what it was like to live in a small community, depending on each other for survival. It wasn't like it was much different at Camp Half-Blood, but they still had much more support than if they lived loose in nature. When Nico finished chewing and swallowing his food, he paused for a moment, looking first at Will and then at Bianca. "It's nice to have lunch with family," he said softly, almost inaudibly. Will smiled at him, trying not to embarrass his boyfriend.

”It is,” Bianca agreed, her eyes flicking between them before she looked down at the remains of her food, “I never realized how important it was to me.” She shook her head, a small laugh escaping her before she ate.

“It’s nice to be able to enjoy it,” they said after a moment before taking another bite. It was a bit embarrassing to say out loud and they hoped the words would get swallowed by the air. It was weird how much things could change and they didn’t like recognizing it so directly. It wasn’t a bad change but it made their head spin.

“I’m glad I get to see this,” Bianca admitted after a moment. She traced the edge of her plate gently with her utensils as if to distract herself from the way her words seemed to just pour out.

By this point, the pavilion was already emptier, given that most of the campers had finished eating and had returned to their daily activities. Some children of Apollo were still at the table, but Will had already left for his shift in the infirmary, as had Kayla and Austin. Nico and Bianca were practically alone there.

"I know it sounds a little sad, but I like to remember how Italy used to be, I think I've mentioned that in one of my letters," he paused, placing his hands on the table and holding them together, looking ahead, "I hope that the time you're going to spend here will make you remember how it was too, in a good way. Things change, of course, but that doesn't mean we can't still experience those moments from time to time. I think change was a good thing for both of us," he concluded. "It took me a long time to be able to say this, but I'm happy with the paths life has taken for both of us. It wasn't exactly how I imagined, but it wasn't bad either. What makes me happiest in all of this is seeing that you're in the place you always wanted to be, seeking your independence. That means a lot to me, especially when neither of us had much of a chance to choose what we would do with our own lives for years," now, he looked at his sister with a smile on his face.

“I think about it too sometimes. It’s still not the most concrete time in my head. Sometimes it’s just.. blobs of things but I still miss it,” Bianca admitted, “you’re right. We can think of those things fondly.” She smiles back, resisting a laugh about how her own words had been fed to her. She remembered telling him it’s okay to think about old memories in the letters. It was nice. To have her own feelings pointed out. How she often needed to take her own advice.

“I’m glad we can walk our own paths and still meet. By choice now,” they agreed. They had now finished their food, placing the utensil directly in the middle of the plate. They didn’t know why. It just was something they did a lot. It felt like a finishing touch on a painting.

“First I imagine a triangle, you don’t need too. I just like it. Then I follow the triangle’s points in my head. Breathe in until you reach 3. Again you can just do the breathing if it’s better. I never bothered to pay attention.” A lopsided smile appeared on her face.

“It won’t fix things but it’ll help you calm down. I also like to think of people close to me,” Bianca’s eyes darted to Nico then back to Kylo, “or something I like. Archery makes sense to me. More than my own feelings sometimes. So I think of archery.”

"I've been training for so long that I don't even know if I'm capable of improving anymore. But I believe your words, Bianca. One day maybe I'll be able to hit a target without messing it all up," despite the melancholic tone, Will laughed as he finished speaking. It was common for him not to be so worried about things, just letting the rhythm flow.

Will looked back at them, giving Bianca a gentle smile. "I think you have more tips for me than I have for you, but I accept the exchange," he paused, "Opposites, despite being different, still have a lot to teach each other. What you said makes a lot of sense," he finished, looking at Nico, who at that moment was extremely happy with the direction the conversation was taking between the two.

Nico blinked a few times, lifting his head from Will's shoulder. "I knew you two would get along," he said, smiling. "I think maybe we should eat something, what do you think?" he asked, turning to Bianca.

“You have the spirit,” Bianca assured him. The fear from before melted. They were in their element and no one could take them from them.

“Ah, thank you. I’m sure even I can learn something,” she laughed, “I do all the time. I’m glad you can understand.” She felt like she hadn’t stopped learning since she realized the Gods were real. It was like she woke up and was injected with knowledge. It wasn’t unwelcome. She liked learning new things, not being seen as someone who needs to know it all.

“Food sounds good. What is there to eat?” Bianca asked before folding their hands together, “I mean if you know. I don’t mind a surprise either.” They really did mind a surprise but it felt odd to say that. Besides, the food was fine last time. They didn’t want to seem odd by making it seem like they needed to know. They wondered what caused people to worry about being seen that way. It would be nice not to worry and just be.

"The nymphs will bring you anything you want to eat or drink," Nico said. "I always order potato salad and bread. I like the combination. Oh, it's also common to make an offering at every meal. Part of the food goes to our parents. You have to burn it in the campfire," he explained. Nico liked that tradition, in parts. It was done with more happiness on the days he wasn't angry with his father, but Nico was getting better at dealing with the anger he sometimes felt. It was all a process, after all.

He couldn't deny that he was feeling a little overwhelmed by so much noise in the pavilion. It was common, yes, for the place to be louder than the rest, but the arrival of new campers only worsened the situation, which was clearly already not good. Nico wanted to eat as much as he wanted to get out of there. He wasn't angry, on the contrary, he was happy that more demigods had found their place, but it was undeniable that his head seemed to spin while he was there. His reaction to this was to reach for Will's hand and squeeze it a little, trying to relieve the tension he felt.

“Good to know,” Bianca nodded. The tradition swirled around her head like liquid in a glass. It made her nervous but also intrigued. It would be nice to try but it scared her in a way. Thinking about that fear wouldn’t help her though. It never did.

“I will do the same. That sounds good,” they said, pretending they didn’t see Nico’s movement. They didn’t want him to feel worse when he seemed to already be overwhelmed. Instead, they thought about fruit. They helped there was some berries. Berries made them think of hunting. Their favorite was blueberries. They also liked raspberries but they were not true berries. They wondered if the other Gods liked berries like Artemis did.

“Do offerings usually go well?” Bianca asked, deciding thinking about berries this much wasn’t good.

"It might be a little difficult the first time," Nico replied, breaking the silence between the three and looking down. "I remember I didn't want to make offerings to our father before, but I think we both know he's doing his best for us. You tend to be more understanding than I am," Nico smiled, waiting for a nymph to stop at the table so he could order what they wanted to eat. Will ordered tacos, and Nico ordered potato salad for himself and his sister, since Bianca had shown interest.

"It's not so bad. It shows our gratitude for what the gods have done. One of them is our father, whether we like it or not, we have to respect him, right?" Nico continued, asking the question both to Bianca and to himself. Despite loving his father very much and finally overcoming the obstacles in their relationship, Nico still harbored resentment. Why didn't Hades save his mother? Why make her suffer when he already had Persephone, whom he said he loved so much? The gods were extremely confusing, and Nico had already decided that he wouldn't try to understand them anymore or stress about it, but it was inevitable that that misunderstood child would awaken from time to time.

“I trust you,” Bianca said simply. She couldn’t help but think of when she first found out the Gods were real. That they were demigods. She remembered the confusion, the shapes of people in her head. There wa a nothing Bianca could do. She just had to accept Hades knew what he was doing.

She had to trust all the Gods were as kind as Artemis.

“You’re right, respect is important. Even if this is new to me,” they agreed, “do you think the kind of food matters? Like other offerings.” They couldn’t help but rip open the tradition, wanting to understand every bit of it. Becoming part of something often felt like taking on another’s skin for Bianca. She was trying to find what worked and what didn’t, what she was meant to do. She wanted to understand it down to the bones. She found it troublesome to not stress about things.

Bianca wondered if this could help them get to know their father more. As Nico had said, they felt an immediate need to respect him. He was a God. They also felt conflicted though. It was hard for them to picture him in their life. Their memory was still a mess so often and they went so long without him, it felt weird.

They had tried to reach out to him once but felt fearful. Why must change be good and bad at the same time.

"It doesn't make a difference. The gods aren't usually demanding about that, for now," he laughed, a little melancholic. Nico remembered everything he and Bianca had been through, and he knew it hadn't been easy. His boyfriend stroked his hair, leaving a kiss on the top of his head. Will had this kind of sensor that seemed to beep, letting him know that Nico wasn't okay.

When the food arrived, Nico took a piece of bread and stood up to throw it on the fire, looking at Bianca. "Shall we go?" he asked gently, waiting for his sister. Nico was feeling a whirlwind of emotions at that moment, sharing a very large part of his life with his sister again. He couldn't forget that all of this was new to them, so he was trying to be as calm as he could.

Bianca nodded, rising from their spot. It was good to know the food type didn’t matter. It would be horrible if someone accidentally gave a God something they hated. They took some bread as well, holding like it was delicate. Like suddenly they could crush the bread at any moment and everything would fall apart.

”I’m ready if you are,” she told him, “do we have to say anything or is the intent enough?” What would she say? She didn’t know. All she knew was her intent was to pay respect. She moved some of her hair as she spoke, lost in thought.

Nico looked up, thinking for a moment. "You don't have to say anything if you don't want to, just think of something you want to ask our father, or Artemis, in your case," he replied, smiling at his sister and going down to the campfire. Several demigods were there, some begging things from their divine parents, others just throwing food onto the fire with disgust. Nico liked seeing this difference between people, observing their habits, their thoughts. In a way, it made him recognize the place where he was more and feel more like he belonged there.

As soon as he got close enough, he placed the piece of bread on the fire, closing his eyes for a moment while channeling some things in his mind. Nico wished that his father would protect Bianca on her travels and that he would be kinder to his daughter. In a second, he opened his eyes, looking at his sister. "Your turn," he said gently.

”Okay.. I get it. Have you always been so good at teaching others?” Bianca asked, smiling. She began to brainstorm ideas as she watched others throw food into the fire. A few times her mind wandered to how long this tradition has been going on but she forced herself to focus as she realized it’d be her turn soon.

Bianca stepped forward, putting the bread in. They thought about safety and if they were doing things right. They also repeated thank you in their mind, twice for good measure.

“That was weirdly nice,” Bianca said, looking back at Nico, “relieving I suppose. Maybe it was all the build up. “

"Normally I'm not good at this," Nico blushed at the compliment, chuckling as he watched his sister offer him some of her food. He couldn't contain his happiness at seeing Bianca share a habit with him. That closeness brought the feeling of being home again, and Nico liked that. "It usually gives us a good feeling. I feel like I fulfilled my duty to my father," he confessed, looking at his own shirt. Nico was wearing a Camp Half-Blood shirt, but it was black and had a skeleton pegasus on it, with "Cabin 13" written below. "He's responsible for all this aesthetic, after all," he added, giving another small smile before calling his sister to come back upstairs.

When he got to the table, he sat down next to Will again, taking the opportunity to start eating. "You still cook?" Nico asked when he had already swallowed some of his food, still holding the bread stuffed with potato salad in his hand, his mouth dirty in the corner.

“You did fulfill it,” Bianca confirmed, “I’m sure he’s very proud of how you turned out.” Their eyes swept over Nico’s outfit, smiling softly. It did resemble what people associated Hades quite a bit. A thought came to their head about how Nico and Will both have striking resemblances to their cabins aesthetics. They were glad the two find each other.

Bianca sat down, taking a drink of her water. It was cold and refreshing like it was catered to her feelings.

“I do. We take turns, the Hunters. I mean, it’s a group effort but,” she shrugged, smiling nervously from her ramble, “we have someone who takes care of the majority.”

Nico loved it when Bianca allowed herself to talk a little more. The words seemed to make more sense when they came out of his sister's mouth, a feeling Nico couldn't fully explain. Bianca almost always worried too much about how to say things, whether the order would make sense, seeming to forget that they were with family and that she didn't always need to be in control of everything.

As he drifted off, Nico got a little lost in thought, taking longer than usual to answer Bianca. "I understand," he replied simply, taking another bite of his bread. Nico could and couldn't imagine what it was like to live in a small community, depending on each other for survival. It wasn't like it was much different at Camp Half-Blood, but they still had much more support than if they lived loose in nature. When Nico finished chewing and swallowing his food, he paused for a moment, looking first at Will and then at Bianca. "It's nice to have lunch with family," he said softly, almost inaudibly. Will smiled at him, trying not to embarrass his boyfriend.

”It is,” Bianca agreed, her eyes flicking between them before she looked down at the remains of her food, “I never realized how important it was to me.” She shook her head, a small laugh escaping her before she ate.

“It’s nice to be able to enjoy it,” they said after a moment before taking another bite. It was a bit embarrassing to say out loud and they hoped the words would get swallowed by the air. It was weird how much things could change and they didn’t like recognizing it so directly. It wasn’t a bad change but it made their head spin.

“I’m glad I get to see this,” Bianca admitted after a moment. She traced the edge of her plate gently with her utensils as if to distract herself from the way her words seemed to just pour out.
